When we receive an instrument, it is registered in our system and given a unique Job ID. We record all client and equipment details, and an acknowledgment email with the Job ID is sent to the customer.
Testing
We use only high-quality, genuine parts to ensure durability, reliability, and long-term performance in every repair and service we provide.
Package & Dispatch
Before shipping, we do a final quality check to ensure everything is working properly. The unit is then safely packed, and all documents (invoice, gate pass, permits) are included. Customers receive shipping and tracking details from our team.
